Not Good at Making Cupcake Sponge or Want a Quick Fix?

Do you find your cupcakes sponge never turns out how you want it to? or would prefer to make the sponge quickly and get on with the decorating?? Well look no further... Take a trip down the supermarket and purchase some basic cake mix.

Not only is there some great cake mixes out there, you can also find really good and tasty (which is important) cupcake mixes.

I find you can't go wrong and the best bit is that it takes no time at all to make. I must say my favourite bit is decorating the cupcakes so this really is my way forward when im feeling lazy!

Obviously I would not recommend this if you are making a big batch as it can work out very expensive but if your looking to make around 12 cakes then this couldnt be better PLUS you get the buttercream with the pack which is an added bonus.

Don't feel like you have to use the cupcake cases provided or use the same design they use on the front packageing for the buttercream. Mix things up abit as the instructions on the packs are only used as a guidance. Thats what makes it more fun right?
